- DAY 1

My first gold-buying experience set me off between two gold-farming companies, Gold4Rs and Usfine. The Gold4Rs website looked more professional than the Usfine website and the prices were a bit cheaper. I figured that I would test the waters and purchase a bare maximum of 1M Runescape Gold @ a price of $3.10 USD . Using PayPal's credit/debit safeguard method.

I made the payment through PayPal, and proceeded to Live Chat to confirm my order-code. Time and time again they told me they would call me and did not. Eventually I had to call them, and amazingly I was able to decipher their horrible English and confirm my order, via telephone. (Explaining the order-code number took about 5 minutes. "toooo-zerooo-wannnn-tooooo-zeroooo-wannn") The female had a very thick Asian accent. She said my order would be started in 14 hours. I didn't argue, I wanted proper service. I went to bed.


- DAY 2

I woke up and forgot about my order, and just proceeded on going to College that morning, later remembering that my order should be finished by now. So i access the campus-computer and I use Live Chat to confirm my order number and check progress for my order. She said that it still has not started. So I asked when it would be started, she stated in 8 hours. Eight hours later I return to Live Chat for another progress check and they state they need to confirm my order over the phone. (I already did that, but didn't argue). So this time they willingly called me and I confirmed my order, again. They stated they will start it in 12 hours.

- DAY 3

I go to school again the next morning (8:00AM) and get home at (5:30PM) and I access Live Chat, and ask for a order progress. She states that the system is down and she cannot process it. So i told her to fuck it, and I went on Rune-scape to change my password. I logged in, and my order was completed.

- Conclusion

It's not always about paying for Runescape Gold, it's about paying for good customer service, none of which they have, to save yourself frustration and/or the anxiety I recommend you stay far far far from this company. 3 days for 1,000,000 Gold is unacceptable. I'm glad I didn't go big. By the way, the used swamp-toads.

I prefer services from Sythe users more. Don't really trust Gold4RS or USFine.

 

Agreed, Shawnachettu and R2Pleasant are the way too go.

 

Gold4rs has a record of fucking up. Buy from R2P. He's the most trusted gold seller here on sythe.

 

Myrsmoney.com are also very good., try them guys, just dont order if you can't prove your identity, else it'll get fucked up.

 

Sythe ursers is hard to trust, since u can get sammed here also.
usfine did good moneymaking for me.
gold4rs employees are just lazy as hell.

 

They get the job done, but not efficiently and are not very easy people to talk to imo.

As others have stated, invest your money into a trusted sythe seller, no names mentioned (R2pleasent).

I was thinking of selling them my account as I was quoted $290 for it from them. I just don't know whether to trust them completely yet

 

Completely agree, id rather pay slightly more and get better service. Its sometimes so hard to understand or even communicate atall with some of thees companys and going on that live chat can drive you insane.

Now im just going to make the gold myself even if it takes longer.

 

I don't know why service for others is so bad.

I'm a frequent buyer from Gold4RS, all I do is go on the livechat and tell them to call me and it's done. They do take a while to even log in the account sometimes but I've always had medium to fast speed in orders from them. They are REALLY hard to contact though but they get the job done which cannot be said for a lot of other companies.

Gold4rs is leveling my account and adding 100 million to my account i have never had a problem with them i'm also a salesman for gold4rs I'm not just telling you these things to buy from them you can make your own choices. If you do buy from them use introducer Rusty Smith and get a percentage taken off. If you do have any problems with them please pm me and i'll try to handle it in a proper matter. Yes i am english and i will help you all i can.
