CSGO Update -- 16 September 2016

Summary of Release Notes 9/16/2016

Gameplay related
-First person camera no longer allowed to rise higher than their third person head. This prevents first person players from being able to see third person perspectives when the head is not exposed.

-Third person landing recovery animations are now weighted based on altitude traversed and duration in air. Players landing from smaller heights will have more subtle landing animations

-Anti-crouch-spam system changed. The more often a player crouches, the player will rise and lower slower. A bug has been updated for players who instantly stand and lose their crouch penalty by moving a small amount.

-MOLOTOVS no longer extinguished by smokes that are significantly below them. Molotovs no longer spread under closed doors.

-Small sound updates with gunfire.
