What is CS:GO Prize draw?

It is a Steam group created as a means to emulate real-life lottery in the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

What's special about us?

We are currently the only group on Steam offering lottery tickets at a value every single CS:GO player can afford. Even if you have never invested money in the game, you can give us one of your cases or any other routinely in-game dropped item and we will include your name in our next prize draw. We choose a winner every single week as long as we have tickets to work with, and prize items vary according to the number of tickets sold that week.

How does the system work?

You send any of the officers of this group a trade offer, however small you want. There is no minimum as long as you send something. We will divide the value of the items offered in 4 cent chunks or tickets, and we will assign a number to each ticket. In other words, the more tickets you buy, the more likely you are to win the prize item in question. The winning ticket is chosen by the page random.org so as to verify randomness and eliminate any chance of foul play.

But the prizes are so small!

This is precisely the point. Affordable tickets means lower value prizes. But remember: the value of the item is directly proportional to the number of tickets. And of course... between a small prize and nothing, what do you prefer?

How do you know you can trust us?

You don't. There is no way we can assure you of our good intentions, however many promises we make in text. So here's the deal: you try the system out with a very low value investment, for example, you just buy one ticket by getting rid of one of your cheapest cases. When the winner is announced, if it's not you, go to his/her profile and check the person's inventory.
