Been a member on this site for a while now but never really used it.. Looking to start being more active on here and just wondered how you get badges on your profile? (Next to the year and month you joined when you post on the forums) they look pretty cool. Thanks guys.

Hey, some miniranks are handed out in events such as giveaways and competitions. The Community Development Team host monthly* events that you have an opportunity to achieve and receive some cool prizes, including rare miniranks! Sythe, the owner, also hosts his own competitions in the spam forum (you'll need at least 25 post count to post in that forum though). Be sure to check the upcoming events!

Another way to achieve some miniranks it to simply post x amount of times in a certain area. The above link will help you with this. If you look to my minis, you'll see I have the cat. The cat is achieved by posting x amount of times in the community area.

No problem ! I just randomly got these I'm not sure how but after i looked in that thread i posted above it answered all my questions.


I guess if you are active you earn them.

 

Ah I see lol, so once you've earned them (posted 5-20 times in a certain forum) you have to post 5-20 times each week to keep the minirank?

 

Correct.

You earn participation ranks but need to stay active within that sub-section to keep those ranks.
