    Isn't it a bit risky idling accounts that has no activity in the games at all? There was a small suspend wave going a long time ago when people were idling for trading cards. I don't know exactly how the situation is now but I would think twice before buying and idled account with no actual in-game activity on it.

    No since this idling methode simulates start/stoping the service and actually looks like someone is playing.

    No risk !

    Define "simulates/start/stoping the service", there's a huge difference between being in-game and just idling the menu.
