He was going to buy a 6 digit for 25$ and he sent the money, but he sent it as goods instead of friends or family. It charged me a 1$ fee. I refunded it and said for him to send it as friends or family. He then said his bank account was instantly deducted the amount (which I've never heard of) and the refund wasn't put back in. It makes me think prepaid visa...

Anyway, I gave him the account and told him to send the money when he could. He said he would link his other bank account and send it right now. Next thing he went offline on skype and I added the steam account he bought from me and he blocked it.
