Purchased a package took 24-48 hours before I had a download link due to unforeseen issues with a shortage of monthly subscriptions. These are expensive subscriptions so naturally you expect them to work and get some sort of fast response if there's an issue... I have not been able to actually use the cheat yet and no fast way to get support from staff. I will not go into details of any specifics of the cheat and how they operate. beyond the customer service level is low. I cannot make the cheat work and cannot get any sort of support. The forums are very limited maybe for good reason, but it makes it harder to get help, no discord either. So, no other customers to share their experience or offer help to me. It seems like it shouldn't be so hard to follow the instructions but clearly there is something else wrong here as I've done everything to try and fix the issue. If you have the time, please respond to me via the support chat and help me get things running It's an expensive cheat and I'm wondering at this point if I'll ever get to try it out. Thanks.

Edit for clarification: I am not saying they are a bad provider or have done anything wrong. I'm just becoming impatient as I was in the understanding, I would get an instant download and be running it on face-it that night but it's days later and I can't even make the cheat inject, that's why I'm posting here just to get a faster response, not everyone has all the time in the world to mess about with these types of things. (I'm now restricted from posting on their forums without moderator approval. and still no answers, If I cant get any help I'll need a refund, If I'm not able to post a review on the forums after using it then I can't trust the community or staff this is not average)


3rd edit: Still no response from all avenues of communication. 55$ in steam gift cards for a month of what I believe to be a virus/rat my computer has been crashing and malfunctioning several times a day since downloading the software that does not work.

(I would not have needed to make my post publicly to sythe if you didn't silence me on the forums which its totally not okay!!)

THIS IS A SCAM, If it's NOT then the devs/staff are not available on weekends unless it's to accept payments then complete silence/ I cant understand why up until they recieve the payment i'm getting responses but now they could care less about answering my questions and they've restricted my acesss to the vip forums and posting in general on the forums.

Will be making a formal complaint later today if no one answers with a refund OR HELP, but if I dont hear anything in the next few hours I'll be contacting a sythe moderator with pictures and videos evidence to have a TWC or DNT on the ROXCHEATS account. this is looking to be a quick exit scam. Or extremely poor customer service taken to the extreme leading me to believe they're not legit.. The positive reviews on the forums convinced me to try a month. They instantly tried to get me to pay another 100$ for a 12month subscription with a free HWID Spoofer.. of course I didn't bite because i'm already buying dang giftcards and sending them to a brand new account on sythe. And here we are days later most likely a ratted PC and no avenues to get any help from Roxcheats. I'm almost certain this post will lead to me losing my 80$ CAD but if they are in fact scammers then that's just fine with me but I'm not going to let anyone else experience this.


Will edit with the outcome of all this. Keeping in mind that so long as services like these are allowed on sythe they need to be moderated closely becuase they charge large amounts of money for "SPECIAL" cheats but can't provide the product after payment and when they do it's a brick. I can not specify anything about the cheat because that would be against the rules which I have not seen any rules and the TOS at the bottom of the website redirect to the forums main page, so there is no TOS, no Discord, Contact us opens up a form to send a message to an admin or god knows if it's even setup beyond that point, NO ONE WILL RESPOND and I cannot use the forums. There is no way to seek help I've sent messages to other "Customers" who have positive reviews out and they're all active the same hours of day on the forums "last seen (X) hours ago" it's all pretty much the same and only 1 post and they wont respond to PM's I thought maybe they might have a solution to my problem injecting the cheat(still trying to decide whether it's something i'm doing wrong or not but no one will help me and I have followed every instruction available.. Every other cheat works just fine on my PC but not this one.

Refund / Help Is what i'm asking for.

As of now I do not stick by my theory on the product holding a virus or RAT. that was simply to put into perspective what i'm dealing with and where my head is at and why.
Simply to get a response about the faulty product I had been given days ago.

Also There was no response up until I made this sythe post and made several comments about reporting for scamming to the staff over the forums any way I could to get someones attention. No one answered me until 5 mins ago. going to wait patiently for the "Devs" to send me a fixed cheat.. Not sure what the problem is no one specified and i'm not going to go into any further detail until I'm 100% positive of what is going on here.

Edit: I've been requesting a refund for days and they're flat-out ignoring me. Even posting fake reviews all over their website with customers claiming they were serviced all night to make the cheat work excellent and all this non sense but im running on a week after payment with no service. Cant get a refund, cant get a product, can't get a response. Not even from the moderator or any of your admins. It's an entirely fake website made to scam dumb people. AKA ME for falling for it.

 

You were answered the first time and told that you need to create a support ticket if you have questions.

As for "viruses" you are slandering. You can check the archive with any antivirus and there will be nothing dangerous.

 

It took a lot of personal investigation to come up with the info I possess now. I have received a response only after stirring up a lot of dust. Now I'm holding off on the report for the Devs to fix this cheat for me as you have just responded that to me moments ago. And I don't really like what I have seen from today. Once again This may not be the case I will come forward with the facts when I'm able to see the product at hand. So far, I've received faulty software and had my reviews hidden by staff members and been ignored until causing a disturbance for you. Sorry if you're not a scammer but there's no excuse for all those staff members to login and out all day long and not answer me not ONE lol that's so outrageous anyone would think they've been scammed or worse. This is a business ethics thing. You can't just take someone's money and then expect them to wait around trusting that they won't be scammed without a way to even communicate with the seller.
