How often do you "practice" CS? This includes practicing smokes, aim, spray control, etc.

I have played over 200 hours of CSGO according to cs stats and I probably spent around 3-5 hours since I started practicing nades and the hiko warm up dm one. I probably should spend more but I don't play enough these days.

most people forget to improve their movement, it can be more important than aiming

Yes this is a big thing. Not to sound like a noob/nerd, but I've a lot of vids on the importance of good movement

Play competitive constantly. The more people of higher rank you get teamed against, the better you get. This is coming from a CSGO Cheater (Silver 3) to a now Legendary Eagle without cheats.
Play people that are better if you want to get better.

I was ranked a Silver III then I got cheats. Play against better people. It's the key.
