[ MATCHMAKING ]
- When a player has been banned for cheating (via VAC or Overwatch), all Skill Group adjustments from that player's recent wins will be reverted for their partied teammates as well as their opponents.

In other words, after the cheater gets ban, your rank will go down.

 

Already found a way to bypass this shit, i've been ragehacking the whole day and valve are really ridiculous. Of course i won't tell more about this as it's easy to find out and will probably be sooner than what you think.
