Crystal Bow.. on a Pure

I am in a dilemma, I am only 2 quests away from getting a crystal bow on my pure (1def) so my question to you is.. is it worth it? With the new bow out does the crystal bow even compare?

It's not worth it as it degrades. It's only worth it if you want to look cool.

 

new bow degrades as well though

 

Consider this: A free bow from a quest that costs like 1m for a recharge and less after each charge or shelling out at the very minimum 60m.

 

Crystal bow is mainly for looks, so get it.

New bow is going to be better, but if you want to be "quested" get the bow...it looks very nice.

Crystal bow is not worth it to be honest. Rune arrows with msb is pretty much the same thing.

 

May aswell get it, if your 2 quests away and if you sell your pure a quest like that could increase the price.

 

It isnt even that great but looks sexy as hell!

 

Crystal bow hasn't been worth it since the release of cross bows... don't bother man.

 

I'd still go for it tbh. Regardless of the new bow.

It's going to be months before the new bow comes into circulation for your average chap anyway.

And just go ahead and get it because the new bow is gonna be 1b+ street for a long while. It's a tradable chaotic crossbow with free ammo.

 

It's no where near 60M. RS Wiki the Crystal Bow. It costs way under 10M to intentionally degrade it to the lowest state to pay cheaper per recharge.
