Cryax requesting a pardon for attempted name snipe?

Report/post/reason that got you banned: This was years ago and I did ask for more clarification as to what exactly I was banned for as I cannot find the post. If I recall correctly I was accused of sniping a name sold to someone.
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I need access to the post/information so I can attempt to do this.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No - I have always been legit on Sythe and I remember contesting my DNT when it happened as I was set up by the biggest rs name sellers on the market at the time who were in competition with me and known in the community for being malicious and from what I have heard have been banned or removed from this forum (correct me if I am wrong as I have not been here for some years let alone know what actually happened).
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: If I can honestly recall correctly. I sold a name to a customer. The name was sniped in the process and I did not refund them as it was out of my control what had happened. I have never scammed or attempted to do so on this forum during my time. I have a clean reputation other than this so called incident. I quit runescape years ago and have started playing other fps and mmo games again such as WoW etc.. so I would like to have my access back to these forums so I can mostly use peoples services. I could have ban evaded like others do in order to do so, but I have no reason to as I want to clear my name and not hide under a fake alias and continue building reputation whether I buy or sell goods or services.

EDIT - If someone can remove the 'buying and selling runescape names' that is under my name I would appreciate it as I cannot seem to do so.

I have no proof/evidence of being set up. I have read through what was link and I was accused of selling a sniped name.

Where do we go from here and what do I have to do?
