This is a science lesson. The majority of pupils attending this school only believe in the Creationist theory, and disagree completely with the Evolutionary theory. They believe that we could not possibly evolve from a tiny thing into what we are now. Having said that, they believe that a man in the sky has super-awesome powers and can create universes, so I'm a little confused on that basis.
They also believe that the Evolutionary theory has no evidence whatsoever, while obviously not thinking of how little, if any, evidence there is for God, and the creationist theory.
I have argued on this video with a fellow YouTuber who believed the Science teacher was in the wrong, and that he should respect their opinion. I agree he should respect their opinion, but they won't respect his whatsoever, and they won't even let him speak. He is trying to teach Science, but these people just blab out Creationist quotes, and opinions to counter anything he says.
Moments to watch out for
#1. "There is like... There.. There is like just no.. like... evidence.. like.. for Evolution.. like.."
#2. "How can like.. african.. african american people like... have evolved from white people.. we're different skin..."
#3. "John Wilkey [The Teacher] (supposedly) walks a thin line between Science and Religion, because he is unable to suppress ongoing biased opinion from the pupils in his classroom"
#4. Not a quote, merely watching all the kids shake their heads while he's trying to teach them the theory, completley ignoring him.
Opinions? Discuss.
Opinion Questions
#1. Do you think the pupils are right to say what they do, in a Science lesson?
#2. Do you think the teacher is good or bad?
#3. Do you believe that these pupils learn these things solo, or are forced into it by their parents/carers/peers?
