Creating this thread to clarify the timeline of events between me and Valkor, as asked my moderation

I am the customer.

Go to bakers, ask the Baker to make me a loaf of bread, he says that will cost you X amount.

Agree and pay for the bread.

After paying, I ask the Baker if he can hold onto the bread for me because I dont have facilities, he says sure for a price and we agree a price.

Down the line I want my bread to take home, I ask the Baker for my bread and he says "what do you want with my bread?"

I say "what do you mean your bread I paid for that?"

He says "No you paid for my time to bake it"

This analogy is the simplest way of explaining my situation with Valkor. In this instance he is the Baker, I am the customer and my bot is the bread. In a real life situation such as this, the Baker has stolen and is in the wrong, so I'd like to ask how this situation is any different.

I then just say, whatever okay mr.baker you hold onto that bread, 4 weeks later he wants to be paid for holding onto my bread, so do I owe the Baker if he hasn't given me my bread? No I wouldn't because I had no choice since he would not give it to me.

Before any funds were "owed" to Valkor, I was refused what I paid for. I didnt pay for his time, I paid for an asset. Before original payment to Valkor there was no intention on him hosting, if he was not going to be hosting it I would have the files otherwise I wouldn't be able to use said bot, meaning if I did pay and he had no intention on giving it to me I would have been scammer there and then, however I asked about how much for him to host and I was happy, but I still paid for a product which he refused to give me when I asked, had he given it to me when I asked, I wouldn't have to pay 2 developers which is stupid.

And searching through Facebook to find the names of my family to incite a response is passed the line entirely regardless.

Valkor has had over 500$ in total from me, and I am left with absolutely nothing. The bot I paid for his being held hostage by him along with all the data created in our server.

In terms of screenshots I have next to nothing due to being banned over 8 times on Discord, Valkor deleted messages about mentioning my mother's name and then tried to deny it but I do have proof of that.
