Creating new accounts

I've been wondering; is it better for you create new accounts from the proxy you intend on using it for or do so otherwise (i.e. from your own IP)?

Of course this will remain speculation, but in your experience, which has had a lower ban rate?

Create it on the Proxy IP, never let it touch your home IP and always keep your mule on your home IP.

If you are going to bot, create it on the proxy/vpn/vps you're going to use to bot it on.
You don't want the accounts interacting with your own IP for safety of your own account(s).
