Warnings appeared to have cleared

I had a warning for gold buying a few months ago, but its no longer showing my active offences. In fact account status says I have no active offences, does that mean I have a clean slate now?

 

i have also had a few accounts where their slate were wiped clean.

RWT warnings don't show up on the active offense page because they're not actual offenses, it's just an in game message as you've mentioned.
The fact that it doesn't appear in the offense page doesn't mean that you have a clean slate at all, and (in my experience) you might potentially get perma'd if you get caught RWT'ing again.
