incorrect payment window for pin?

hey i wanted to know what does it mean if i write in my pin and it says "incorect payment window for pin"??

You did it in the wrong country. So you have to make you account member with the pins country.

 

It can mean a couple different things it means the pin your trying to add is the wrong country, if your trying sms it might be a pay by phone.

No. You don't have to use the correct phone number with the pin. You can make any number up for the phone number. They really have no way of tracking whether or not you are the actual pin buyer.

Also, make sure you have the correct country selected. If it is and it doesnt work, try PBP/SMS depending on what one you tried before.
