TWC for accused of flaming?

I recently got given TWC for absolutely no reason at all. If any reason, it was for being "accused" of flaming at a scamming member who i spoke to over msn. I did not flame him and he has no proof that i did either?

It seem's the legit members are getting punished here, and the scammers are getting away with murder and if i'm correct, that's how a site turn's corrupt.

Help greatly appreciated.
