Explanation of the situation:
I was working for Probemas, and after completing the agreed work, I was not paid.
Instead, he started accusing me of things I did not do.
All of my actions were legitimate, and I have full chat logs proving that I completed the work as agreed and that I never violated any rules or terms.

Additional information:
I want to clarify that whenever I made a mistake, I openly admitted it and took responsibility for it.
However, in this case, I am being accused of things I did not do, and I believe this is unfair.
I’m submitting this report to clarify my situation and recover my payment.
I would appreciate if staff could review the attached screenshots and verify that I’ve done nothing wrong.

I was working normally and everything was fine, until suddenly my roles were removed and an admin told me to stop working immediately.
He started closing all the tickets I was handling and told me that my work was still valid but there was a problem with the plugin.
I followed his instructions and stopped working as requested.

Later, I was told I would receive my payment after 24 hours.
After that, they said according to their TOS, I would have to wait a full week to get paid.
Now, I’m being accused of stealing from a customer through Parsec, which is completely false.

Here’s what actually happened:
The first time I worked with that customer, everything went perfectly fine.
The second time, the customer delayed the session, so we rescheduled for another day.
When he came back, he told me I could continue the job, but when I tried to connect via Parsec, it didn’t work.
The customer then canceled the order.
That was all that happened there was no stealing or anything suspicious.

Also, the customer always prepared the gear for me before I started, so he definitely checked his account after and saw that nothing was missing.
I tried to explain all this to the team, but they refused to believe to my side of the story.
(All of this took place gradually over time, between each session I worked for that customer.)

In any case, this already highlights one of the key reasons we decided to part ways, as stated by Shinra himself. He chose to apply using a false identity, and it was therefore a logical step for us to remove such an individual from the team.

We understand that funds have been held longer than the usual grace period, but considering the nature and seriousness of this situation, we hope this is understandable.

We asked the client to file a report and assisted him with preparing it, as he was unfamiliar with the forum system. Regardless of the delay, Probemas will fully comply with the final decision. Our goal here is to outline the facts objectively and provide a clear basis for review.

Please be assured that Shinra is not in a position to claim victimhood in this case. If the potential damage (limited to GP) did not already exceed his full deposit, we would have considered releasing a portion for his daily needs.

Timeline of Events

• The order was placed to be completed via Parsec.
• Multiple connection issues occurred, requiring repeated reconnections.
• The client had account login details stored on his desktop. When asked whether he was supervising the session at all times, he confirmed that he left the room briefly at one point.
• Shortly after the cancellation, the client went on holiday (proof of travel can be provided).
• Within approximately seven days, two of his legacy accounts were compromised and stolen.
• The accounts were accessed through a linked account.
• During that exact timeframe, Shinra was released from the team for the reasons stated above, making him the primary suspect. According to the client, “this individual had both the opportunity and motive to misuse the information obtained.”

Summary of Damages
Two high-level accounts were affected:

• Account 1: 1.35 billion GP,
• Account 2: 1.95 billion GP,

The client successfully recovered one of the two accounts, while the other remains permanently lost.

I understand the seriousness of the situation, but I want to clarify a few important points.

First, the work was done entirely through Parsec — meaning I was connected to the client’s device, and any actions or movements were visible on his screen. If he left the room or wasn’t supervising the session, that’s unfortunately something outside my control.

Moreover, Parsec provides a feature that allows the host to fully restrict the worker’s access so they can’t minimize or leave the window. If the client chose not to enable that feature, that decision is entirely on his side, not mine. I can only work within the permissions the client sets.

As for the accusation, it simply doesn’t make sense. The account I worked on contained around 10B in value; if I had any bad intentions, it wouldn’t make sense to risk my full deposit and future income for something so small in comparison.

I never had access to any linked accounts, and I never took or used any client’s information. It’s unfair to assume guilt based purely on timing, especially when there’s no technical evidence linking me to the alleged compromise.

On the contrary, I’ve been accused several times of losing my entire deposit without being shown any actual proof or evidence. The way it was presented made it sound like you had something concrete, but nothing was ever shared with me.

I’ve repeatedly offered to cooperate and provide anything needed to clear my name.

Additionally, the client in question is not just an ordinary customer; he works across multiple services. That means it’s entirely possible that his data or accounts were compromised elsewhere, not necessarily related to my session. If you can assume that I’m responsible, then it’s equally fair to consider that he could have been compromised by someone else.

I respect your process and decision-making, but I kindly ask that my explanation and cooperation be considered seriously, and that assumptions are not made without proper evidence.

 

As is often the case in such situations, it’s difficult to attribute responsibility with complete certainty. While the likelihood is high, it remains a suspicion. The client has expressed a wish to provide his own point of view, and we are currently in contact with him.

As mentioned before, we aim to remain objective, so we will advise the client to present his side of the story clearly.
