Superheating with coal bag!

if superheating with coal bag is it better to do steel or mith?

Edit: Also i am mining the coal!

 

well it would be better to do with mith.

If you can, go to the mining guild and mine a full bag of coal, then mine the mith rocks and superheat them into bars right there.

I will say though that the coal bag isn't really that usefull as it only holds 27 :\

 

Mith bars give more smithing experience, but also slower experience since you're mining the coal yourself.

If you're doing it in the mining guild, just do mith - like Cotonpk3r said, fill you coal bag, then start mining mith.
