Scammed by KVSteamGod

I had purchased 100M for $90 USD, I had been sitting in Lumbridge waiting for around an hour and a half.

KVSteamGod had mentioned that I was on a "Queue List" and that I would have to wait before i received my gold.

After waiting around 2 hours, I asked him what was going on, and then he blocked/deleted me off MSN.

I tried several times to get back in contact with him today, and he chooses to ignore these attempts.

After more hours of waiting... i added him from my friend's MSN account, and he blocked me as soon as he realized it was the same person he had scammed earlier.

Please prevent other Sythe members by being scammed from this A-hole.
I can't retrieve my paypal cash as I foolishly sent it as a gift.
