I like but cant really see the name that well should fix that would give it a 6/10

 

The depth is nice, unfortunately the text can barely be seen and theres not much effects, can i ask where you found that stock? I think i might give my hand at it.

 

Lookbook.nu is were i found the stock and im bout to upload a v2.

 

I havent found anything on lookbook in awhile, hmm.

V2: You just added a c4d it looks like. :/

 

Yeah i added a bubble c4d and a effect c4d & added the border moved the text a lil

 

The text is better but take the effect c4d and that line out, and get some lighting going. Also try putting some effects behind the girl.

You completely put the light source in the wrong place... Dude just take a quick look at the picture and where does your eyes lead? In the bottom right corner... Thats bad. I suggest looking up some tutorials on light. But overall not bad i suppose and i agree with the other comments 6/10

 

Like tidusjar said, the light really draws the eye away from what I assume is meant to be the focal point.

 

Needs more depth honestly, give it some more substance.
