cpu or microprossesers are micro containments of little space?

well it's something that has rolled in my head ever sence I've played with computers and fixing electronics that anything with a microchip/prosseser/preamps that uses frequancies help create little rooms/space/reality that you use to put your firmware/os/ect on momenterily, what could also be in it that is there already if there is, idk just a thought.
