Sniped/Scammed My Rsn.

First of all we agreed on 45M price for my runescape name "Titanic" and i would take snipe responsibility with video proof transferring the name. he offered snipe responsibility for 35M but the video recording the only reason why i wanted to take responsibility for snipe and he dont have that.

Okay, first of all I would like to admit that I did make a mistake by not having the recorder record the whole process, although this was not my fault!

Bandicam, without notifying me, decided to stop recording at 10 mins in, because I was using the trial (see the watermark).
Also just found this on the app:

I didn't expect the transaction to take so long, but Jagex servers seemed to be funky and I had to relog and figure out what was going on - time got away from me.

Hopefully I can at least prove that i'm innocent.

I am currently having a service done on the account that the name was supposed to be on. See the log in match up on the video with this screenshot in which I ask the service provider to log off the account for a while:
This account still has its original username, search it up: 'itiummy', as the name change was unsuccessful.

I mentioned in @TIer 60 's and my conversation that 'i'd have to pay for an early name change for myself as well and i really cant justify spending anymore'

And as you can see, here: there is a bond change available that i just purchased on the account in question

The name 'Titanic' is now on a random level 3, so obviously I wasn't having a service done on that. BTW, the other account that was in the saved username part of my runescape client is a mule and I can have staff verify that this is not the same account (it has stats)

Once again, I regret that Bandicam decided to turn off, and am sorry that the name transfer did not go as planned. But I did not have snipe responsibility.

The trade was going through, with you taking responsibility, much before I suggested this. I didn't have to record it, why would I if i was planning to scam? I was merely protecting myself from if you accused me of taking any of your items or damaging your account.

 

ye but the name changing process didn't happen after u record what im saying i had 2nd thoughts but when u said ur recording i went for it that was before the changing name process anyways thats what im trying to say. i gave u the details like after 10mins after this message

The recording was not part of the original deal and there is nothing that suggests that you were under the impression of that. Therefore, @Cherub is not responsible for the name being sniped, as outlined in your trade agreement.

@TIer 60 - If you have any additional proof that suggests otherwise, feel free to post it. If not, this will be closed.

 

No one knew about the name, yesterday i only pmd him and talked to kreaated/milotic/alice 3 months ago in new years eve but i decided not to sell it but yesterday i decided to sell it and got bot sniped? apparently while no one knew about it? i doubt they will be running bots for straight 3 months .\

There's really no way of proving that you didn't come to me after others just before.

Just because you tried selling it 3 months ago doesn't mean you stopped then,

No one bad a bot running the rsn was on my main before and changed it to my alt and never got sniped

 

That was probably before you tried selling it to people, so it makes sense.

 

I changed my rsn several times to several accounts through the year my main rsn in rs3 is xtitanic so it doesn't make any sense all fingers point at you bro why the recorder stopped at the point where you're changing the name? its not an accident you said you will record the "FULL Name Changing process" i dont care what people say but when i decided to give you my details to my account is when i agreed on you changing the rsn, we may agreed to the price before but i didnt give you access till i was okay with it so. if the recorder dont show the name change process i call it a scam and all fingers point at you. plus you were using the best method out there. and calling your self trusted with 500M+ Vouchs. but you try to scam the guys who are new to this site and have no Connections in sythe. its sad that you pull this over 45M even tho i know the name is worth alot more in resale value but thats your decision and your acts.

 

All of this boils down to is your word against his. The name transfer was not outlined in the trade agreement, he gave you an option and you acted on free will. As someone taking complete risk for the name, you should be the one to transfer it and take control of your own fate. If you have anymore evidence regarding the report, you can report my post and send it there. I'm sorry for your loss.
