Hello. I've already made a post that I am looking to buy an osrs hcim acc with inferno cape on it.

I'm also open to someone building me a bare minimum hcim acc with inferno cape done on it for anyone out there that can do rune cbow inferno capes. I don't care about items, total level or anything else, only that the inferno cape is on the account.

I can provide the account and email or whichever way is safer in general. Hopefully I can deal with someone who has more experience on this type of thing as I've never done anything like this before.
