Ok the guide is good and makes sense.

First - You need to be able to kill a high leveled monster. (Level 200+) It's 60k xp per hour.

Second - (the version i got) was difficult to read because you had to scroll to the right after every few words. (That could just be my notepads problem)

Third - Overall 9/10 (some minor grammar errors)

*note i have not tested it, i will let owain jones actually test the method. In theory this works, but let owain put theory into action.
My main is getting 99 hunt, thats why i cant fully test it.*

yea I figured out what it was pretty quick, it's not 2M gp per hour but it is good. People likely wont guess what it is but it is fairly obvious, 115+ combat is recommended but it's still good with 100+ (no summoning)
