Counterstrike Condition Zero - Downloading Skins for Guns [Help]

As the title says I need someone to help me with downloading and helping me make the skins actually work on the weapons in game. The current skins on cs cz are terrible boring for me and today I managed to play on a server with awesome skins so I decided I want to change mine to.

If someone is very experienced with this and know what they are doing please help.
