Having problems with server!!! (java not recognized)

Alright, my server is not recognizing my java.
can somebody possibly give me a code on how to fix my runeserver.bat and my compile.bat?

My Jdk is this (with program infront lawl) jdk1.6.0_6

(What I need is most likely CLASSPATH and PATH code(s))
I would really appreciate this, and If you play silabservers then I can make you a co-owner ...

And yeah... Add [email protected] if you need more information...
(already got the no-ip.com and duct thing done!!!)

Lol screwed up doing java... now javas no recognized... Damn I suck @ this!
Runeserver.bat Fixed it myself ;D toyed around got it to wrok.

Compile code: (C:\ProgramFiles\Java\jre.1.6.0_06) notcognized!
