Kegg accusing me of scamming

Last night me and kegg were talking he offerd to buy my account for 100 dollars or 180m later on that night after i transferd my email to his he decided to add me to ignore and that he wasnt going to pay me well today he said this on sythe via privet message http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2lic3o9&s=6 he admited he still has the money and even made a thread on report a scammer calling me a scammer i think he deserves to be banned because clearly he was trying to get me banned and steal my account

 

What was the arrangement made for the trade exactly? Was it that you give him the acc details, and he gives you the money right after? If so, can you provide proof of that?

 

It was I xfer email he orders the gold then he pays me but i didnt take screenshots last night sadly! the picture there admites he didnt pay me and he made a thread below this saying he did i think that should show hes a scammer

 

Also please note i did request permission from Superman To recover my account back he did warn me he could come back and accuse me of scamming but sense he admited just now he didnt pay me the case should be sealed

 

Both parties have their side of the trade, neither has proof of the arrangement made, just closing this
