Could this account turn into a successful PKer?

This account has been a level 69 skiller since classic.
I was pure f2p for a long long time, and recently got members.
I was wondering if this account could turn into a successful pker?
Obviously it couldn't be a pure. But are there any other
successful stat set ups out there you'd recommend?

Should I dungoneer? Slayer?

Protips appreciated.

Turn into a barrows pure i guess, I dn't know much about them though

 

best chance u have of a successful pker is becoming a range tank, get 94 mage for veng/barrage and as high range as u possibly can. stick with around 70 def and dont go over 70 attack and strength though if u plan on staying range based.

 

Defense is too high :[ could be a successful main though

Turmoil Barrows pure? 70att,99str,70def,94mage(venge),95pray. Range doesnt REALLY affect cmb if hits are 99.

 

The real answer is to turn it into a tank. Just get 80 ranged and defence then get 44 prayer. Then get a handcannon. You'll be around 80 combat and untouchable.

 

So it looks like alot of my options are to turn into a tank. I appreciate all the feed back guys. What's the best way to train as a level 69 who hasn't trained combat in....9 years?

Clearly you should go range/mage tank.
60 attack
60 str
70-99 def
95-99 range
94 mage - Venge
as much summ as u can afford
prayer 75 - rigour

I would say quest it out and whatever attack/strength you end with is fine. You dont Need 70 attack 70 strength as a tank. In fact its counter productive since you will be fighting turmoilers. Staying 60 attack 60 strength will lessen the bonus' your opponents get with turmoil.
Stick to 70-75 defense until you get bored of getting hit. Dungeoneer for a chaotic crossbow and get rigour prayer. Hope this helps.

I don't think dungeoneering does that. I've seen a level 3 with 99 dungeoneering(or with cape). The XP FROM dungeoneering would get you combat.
