How to recover a rs account no email

Hello, everyone does anyone know how I can recover a rs account that has been hacked and the registered email changed? I have payment transactions,orignal creation date and location etc.

 

before you could email jagex explaining the situation and they would remove the email, just so a manually recovery could be done.

not sure if it's possible anymore.

Send them all the info you have of the account - I sent them old payment details and so on and they should give it back.

I spoken to Jagex support on twitter, and they removed the email. I'd recommend doing that since they reply fast and they are helpful.
