Could I trade an account for an item?

Hello, I'm new here.. (I've simply come to Sythe just to read topics, but haven't really registered until now)

Anyway, I was wondering a few things about trading/selling/buying stuff within the black market.. and also I have a question about trading an account for an item.

Anyway just a few things I'm wondering:
"What's a middleman?"
"What's a pin?"
"Since I have no vouches, it might be hard for me to get trust correct?"
"Since I don't have a transfer method, do I need to purchase one?"

Also, I was wondering if I could simply trade away an account for an item like Dragon Claws?

A middleman is someone who helps you trade with another person. You pretty much give everything to the middleman so he can exchange it to the other person

A pin is a membership pin. You can buy one here for around $3.50 each and they'll give you membership.

Try training accounts, buying/selling accounts, etc.

Don't go using any random person claiming to be a "middle man". Look at the "OFFICIAL Middle Man" thread so that you know who you can trust, and who you can't trust. Please be sure of this.

You save money while buying PINS here instead of paying directly to JaGex, but you could get scammed. Deals typically don't use an Official Middle Man unless they pass a decent price range, so only buy from well-trusted PIN sellers mate.

If you wish not to spend money or sell anything, you can receive your first series of vouches by completing free small services, such as quests or training on Runescape for other players. Once you have some vouches and respect, start charging players for your service.

There are plenty of transferring methods, but the really quick ones aren't leaked, and cost money to know.

Technically you could trade an account for Dragon Claws, but you need to make sure you are trading with a reliable source, that will provide the claws onto your account with a decent method, like said before.
