Question About Donating? Mods/ Admins/ Educated Members Please

Hey there.


I'm just wondering about the donation program.

I'm looking to donate around 200.00 Canadian. Do i send it in mail? if so would i have to go to the post office and send it there directly?

And also since it is Canadian, If you converted it into US. Would it still count as a 200.00 Donation on Sythe?

You can presumably just mail it from your mailbox, as long as you have enough stamps and know what the rate is (you can probably find it online).

I'm actually not sure whether we accept donations in other currencies though - Matthew is the one who handles donations, so you may want to just toss him a PM. In fairness to other users, I assume the donation amount would be converted to USD in terms of the rank. I think it's $215 CA = $200 USD.

 

At today's standard rates. 200 Canadian dollars = 185.2024 U.S. dollars, so if you wanted to get the $200 rank you would need to donate 215.979923 Canadian dollars

 

Try to talk to Matthew about donations, but he is a little hard to reach. Maybe Sin could give you the address, or paypal to send they money too.
