Need Training For Rune Pure F2p

it doesnt all need to be done at once but the goal is 40 attack, 60 str and 40 defense. im not paying or supplying but this is a good way to get vouches if you do a good job as i said before it doesnt all have to be you so post what you can do and i'll add you to the list.
