Odds between rapier vs tentacle

Does anyone have a clue what the odds are of using rapier vs tentacle, long run for 1000 stakes as in probability. For example every 100 stake gets me one free win?

 

just use a dps calculator and the difference will be the odd difference

 

I already know rapier has one more hit than tentacle, but tentacle has a chance of giving poison and that wont give me the probability by calculating how much bonuses is between rapier and tentacle to figure out how many wins im getting per 100. Im not einsten my friend

 

They seem to be pretty even. A strategy that might work is using the tentacle to poison and then switching to the rapier.

The bonus for rapier is very miniscule over the whip, Personally I find myself lucky more often than not staking against someone that is using one lol

I did a few calculations and I don't see how tax would play a part in the odds of a rapier winning over tent, as you'd still pay the tax with a bronze scim.

I'm getting it out at around 51.7% in a rapiers favour.

It's hard to be exact as poisen doesn't hit *every* stake. Safe to say a rapier will put the odds in your favour but in my honest opinion most people who will fight you with a rapier are concealing a rapier themselves.

 

Rapier>Tent of course. After some quick research, using a Rapier over a Tent you'd be in the advantage by a minuscule margin considering every 100 stakes you could possibly average 51 wins(50.7%) and every 1,000 stakes 507 wins.

 

its simulated out to 53.2% before tax, poison included

 

i tried checking the rs dps calculator and its showing me 4% advantage, rapeier over tentacle but none of them is including the poison

 

doesn't rapier have an extra max hit over tentacle ?

 

it does but tentacle has odds which makes it almost as accurate as rapier
