    @Tmays10 purchased an 07 account for $650 from @Accountwarehouse

    Tmays no longer has access to the 07 account. Accountwarehouse also won't refund the purchase price if the account can't be regained for Tmays:

    Tmays wants a refund, and does not wish to continue playing on the account even if access is regained, since that would be living in fear and on an unsafe and unsecure, easily recoverable account.

    It's been days and there's been no response from @Accountwarehouse.

    This user is leaving out a lot of information in their claim. They manually changed the email on the account and then claimed they were hacked. We have proof that the email was changed manually and then emails sent were deleted. This is not covered in our warranty. If the account was recovered by the original owner, there would be no emails sent from Jagex. We are still offering support and attempting to get the account back for them. Any proof can be supplied to mods but we will not be posting their private information such as their IP on a public forum.

    But that's all irrelevant, it's been days and he still hasn't regained access to a $650 account you sold him.

    It's up to the seller to unlock the account or regain access for the buyer, and if that can't be done, a full refund is to be given, regardless if the email is changed.

    First off, you do not make the rules on how we run our business. It's fair to say you have quite the conflict of interest in this case considering you resell Runescape accounts too. You cannot make false claims that you were hacked in order to get a refund. That does not work on this site and does not work on ours. Second, we are working with the original owner to recover the account and return it to the customer. This takes time. Now, if you want to ignore the fact that OP changed all the account credentials himself before reporting the account "hacked" then you can go ahead and just close our account here. We will definitely shed a tear for losing 0.58% of our traffic.

    @Wortel Tagging a real mod into this case and not someone trying to take a cheap shot at their competitors.

    You continue saying I manually changed the email when I didn't, I told Tyler here in the email I deleted my personal information and a password change with runescape, and regardless of that, I reached out to him solely for the original owner to get the account back as it was gone that fast.

    Also to add to this the email account was created by them, I am told to use this email account they created which to me was strange but I followed through with it, so first thing I do after so many scams recently was try to secure this random email I'd never even heard of by adding my personal email as a recovery to this email, and phone number and change the runescape password, those all sent emails to me in which I deleted.

    I was given no information on the account whatsoever other than its username and password, I had no time on the account to even be remotely close to having it fully mine as I only had access to the account for 2 days before I could no longer log in.

    Also you claim I requested a refund as if that is the way this story happened but it seems you yourself are leaving information out. I solely reached out asking for the help of returning the account to me, I even knew from the start I wouldn't get my actual money back in a refund I never stated give me a refund once in our emails, I asked if refunded would I receive the "store credit" and could I return the account for store credit as I didn't feel it safe anymore, and then it became a "it's your fault because emails were deleted and you tampered with evidence" which made me confused and weary on what was going on as I just wanted the account back initially, but then I'm told I am not even getting a refund if he can't get it back solely for emails being deleted?

    If it can't be resolved, that's understandable but don't blame me for not including things in your own policy, for future reference I'd say add a disclaimer "Don't delete any of your emails even if personal, this is a borrowed email account we are giving you so use it sparingly"

    Here is a screenshot showing the emails deleted right before he reported the account as hacked. Since then, he has changed the email password so that I can't get a screenshot of the inbox showing he only deleted Jagex emails. Uncensored version can be provided upon request.

    The original owner recovered the account for us and imagine how surprised we were to find that the account was permabanned for botting the same day Tmays10 claimed he was "hacked" and deleted all the emails from Jagex. Big surprise here. This is clearly an attempt by Tmays10 to scam us by fraudulently trying to invoke our warranty on an account that he got banned. We will still attempt to appeal the ban with Jagex but even if the ban is overturned, we will not warranty this account any further nor will we do any further business with Tmays10.

    @Protector There's a reason we are the industry leaders when it comes to buying/selling accounts. Next time do a little research into the issue before playing Sythe police and associating yourself with scammers.

    @Accountwarehouse you seem to have the wrong idea, I will help others create a report if they privately ask me.

    What I stated above is standard sythe refund policy in case you couldn't get the account back.

    And If what you are saying is correct, than this report would have served it's purpose well.

    After speaking to both of them i have decided that @Accountwarehouse will not be held responsible for anything and will be closing this report any other questions feel free to pm me (you have my skype since we have been speaking there) or another staff member.
