Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I changed the exact way my accounts were created and did not update my ToS to reflect those changes. While I still stated I was not the OO of the accounts, my workers were no longer able to make new accounts and I started using accounts I had purchased as tutorial accounts which went against what my ToS claimed. I have since changed my ToS and it has been 3 months without any more disputes being opened on the subject by anybody else. The post itself had thousands of views but none of my other customers seemed to care because nobody else requested a refund just that one guy who owned the account 30days and waited until a month had passed to start asking questions. I did not lie, and completely implicated myself in what would result in a TWC. If the customer had asked me sooner I would have informed him of exactly the same thing, it was never my intention to mislead the customer, my ToS were just outdated. It was not malicious and so I disagree with the TWC being permanent.

Anything else you wish to say: Tos were changed after I realized they were outdated, customer was refunded as well, it was a simple mistake and I apologize for not realizing it sooner.

I also worked with Zulu immediately following my TWC to verify my ToS changes are compliant.

Unless Specified otherwise, all of my accounts for sale are discontinued, Unregistered E-Mail, Legacy logins. NOT LAUNCHER CLIENTS. You can add these legacy emails to your current existing launcher client. Most of my accounts do not have a registered email. So not only do you get to register the first email ever. You can know for certain you are getting the original first password, with minimal recoverable information attached. Which helps verify that the account was built for re-sale as somebody who cared about the account would have attached personal information already.
