[Help] Photoshop Media

So i've made tons of GIFs but I was making one for someone on Sythe today and When i Imported the .Avi File to Photoshop (It was a youtube video, downloaded it and converted it) all it was when it brought up the Frame-Layer Menu was 277 White layers. I re-downloaded it 4 times and Re-converted it 4 times. Same outcome each time and this has never happened to it. The video worked perfectly fine as the .Avi each time but whenever i Imported it to Photoshop, yup white screen.

Anyone ever experience this / Figure out how to fix it? Thanks

 

Never experienced but try converting it to .gif then importing it, is it a small clip of the video? Cause you could definitly make it a .gif.

 

Not working, File must just not work =/.
