Not that lucky, really.. He probably saw it coming, flung open his door, then the impact sent him flying out of his door.

Anyone with half decent reactions and doesn't freeze up in situations like this could have done the same really..

 

He is still lucky, nonetheless. Considering the damage dealt to his squad car, I'd say the fact that he suffered few broken bones, not to mention alive is miraculous.

Either he took his seatbelt off really fucken fast, or he wasn't wearing one at all, and I doubt you can take off your seatbelt, fling open your door, and jump out just before your car gets fucked by a tree.

That's crazy. From the picture you would surely THINK the guy died.It's amazing that he didn't.
