    how can i fix this issue?
    Open the batch file called "Run Members" with notepad and replace "javaw" in it with the full file path to the javaw.exe executable on your hard drive.

    Its path on my hard drive is: "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_10\bin\javaw.exe"

    Yours will probably be in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk(Whatever version you have)\bin.
