You have a very nice account, and with a 1 Attack, 99 Strength Obby Mauler, you won't have any problem PKing other people of your level. A little recommendation though: You should try raising Ranged to about 40, so you can use knives, and once your opponent is close to low HP, you can then pull out the Obby Maul and smash him/her.
