    How do I convert it from windows movie maker so that I can watch it on windows media player?

    Also how do I change the quality?

    on movie maker Go to
    File > save as video (or something similar to that).

    Alrite, it is easy actually, when you are done, go to file-save movie file- then choose your settings....

    you could either get a video converter or save it sa a .MPEG or .MPG ect.

    Converting a video

    Don't post if you don't know.

    When you are finished in movie maker, go to save as and it will give you the option to select different formats, choose for playback on this computer, then you have the option to select quality, encoding etc.
