'Contract' That would Help with PayPal dispute?

First off, HI SYTHE, havent been here in a while lol. I play WoW now, so haven't been around much.

But to the point, I'm buying a rating Carry in WoW from someone. It seems pretty legit, half and half for a decent price; but I was just wondering if there is anyway I could get a contract from the guy, something simple but just him saying that he would return the funds if he didn't deliver.

Basically anything that you do purely over the internet will be worthless unless you can prove he was in total control of his computer at the time, something that is impossible to prove. Even if you can do that, it's very unlikely that it would have any effect and you would have a hard time making anything enforceable.

Hey I made your sig a while back.

As Pockets says virtual/microtransactions are hard to nail with a contract or anything like that because of the many variables that goes into the trades.

 

Can't you just chargeback if you scams you?
Thats the first thing I would think of of.
