    New user, immediately got rid of his newcomer title (25+ posts) and was looking to donate $25 through me. Once he gave me his RSN, I noticed I had him added on my account's friend list already, meaning I processed his donation in the past.

    I asked him how this was possible and he said he didn't know, then immediately double name changed, to hide his previous rsn.

    Other conversations and his account's stats are in deleted message below, requesting him to show us proof of bill to prove that is indeed his home IP as I'm quite sceptical
