Continuation to "Appealing my Ban"

I have had no luck contacting him. I had completed roughly half of what I was expected to. If he responds, I would be happy to, again, complete the service or another similar service, or give him a partial refund. The last I heard from him he wanted nothing further and went on his way, as the screenshots show. He understood that I was going away for over a month and we agreed that I would finish this service when I returned. I also didn't have a phone for about a week and he was never on skype to answer me, which was another challenge in communication. Regardless, I'm willing to do a partial refund or whatever we can work out if I hear back from him, but I definitely did not scam him or anything of the sort, so I find it quite unfair to remain banned. I have over 30 vouches from people who were VERY happy with my work.
