Cannot Log-in to my RS Account?

I recently took a 3 month break from RS and have come back to it, forgotten the password to the account i have with a lot of cash and can only log in to my noob accounts .

Now, I'm not a retard. Of course I clicked the forgotten password button, I've been playing for like 5 years, but I type in my user name (well what I think is my user name, jagex changed the login thing) and it just says invalid username or words to that effect.

What's going on here? And being jagex, they don't have a customer support phoneline, and I'm not putting membership on my noob account just to post on the RS forum, that's ridiculous. They don't even have a customer support email, what a joke.

Oh and I typed the user name into hiscores and it comes up with the accounts stats, so it still exists right, banned accounts don't show up on hiscores?? (correct me if I'm wrong that's just what I thought)

So yeah, what can I do?

 

If you can't remember your username, there isn't much to do.

I'm sure I made it before December 2010, and I added the username that I thought it was and that name went into my friends list (with no little symbol next to it, indicating that the name has been changed recently, so therefore I must have the right username, it also shows results in hiscores when I enter that same username...

I don't get what's going on here, the account appears to exist when I add it to friends list and when I look it up on Hiscores, but not when I try to log in or recover the password.

This is ridiculous haha

 

Could be the screen name, and just doesnt have the little symbol thingy.

 

Use the name you used to LOGIN to the account with not the name the account is displayed as.

 

There's not much you can do if you don't know the login name. You could try look in old emails to see if they sent the username when you first registered the account.

 

You have to use your original name to recover your account, not your screen name in game.

 

Might as well start a new account botting.

 

Pretty sure if you forget any type on login information, including your username, its gonna take alot of effort to get it all back.
