[Contest] Luke's GFX Contest! [Win 4$]

Welcome!
I've been wanting to spark some more activity in the GFX section and i decided what better then a nice contest with a prize. So without further ado.


What Your Doing
You will be creating me a simple signature (theres a twist), then pm it to me,I'll put up a poll and we'll see who wins the 4$ from me personally, I will NOT be using the signature, Im just doing this for fun!

Rules:
1. Must be reasonable signature size (Nothing over 400x200)
2. You must not put your name in the signature
3. You must PM the signature to me, not post it!
*These are to ensure no favoritism*
4.The signature must have none of the following:
A. A render
B. A stock
C. Any other outside image
D. No brushes

YOUR SIGNATURE MUST BE DONE 100% BY YOUR GRAPHICS PROGRAM! NO OUTSIDE IMAGES!!

This sounds like a good idea. Since we can't use any outside resources, I bet most of the sigs will be smudge sigs.

I'd assume if you created the c4d or fractal yourself, you could use it? Because I have the means to make my own....

can or can't we use outside images ??..

Rule number 3 is under rules numbe 4r for which is "None of the following" So no outside images.

It was gonna be 5 but i got scammed and im running a little low on funds, if i get another gfx or skilling order though ill make it 5.

Completely stupid rules. The whole point of photoshop is photo manipulation and changing the way things look. Using outside sources is not an advantage, but something you need to do in order to learn more about PS. and I highly doubt anyone here has experience with illustrator enough to produce what could even be considered a "sig."

 

Are you kidding me? you sound like a complete idiot. You can make ANYTHING from scratch in Photoshop.

Good job trying to throw an insult over the internet while attempting to prove your point. While it is true that you can create alot of things from scratch, most people wouldn't use photoshop to do it. Photoshop is basically explains its self in its name. If you want to get good in photoshop, learn to edit PHOTOS.
And if you want to use your sig as a "example of starting from scratch" then its truely a horrible example considering you are only using a couple of colors then smudging it. There is no thought process behind it and therefor not improving your skills.
