Content transfer swap?

Saw another thread and I thought I'd post too lol

I'd like madden 13, skyrim, sims, or some decent games

Game wise I have:
Nba 2k12
Mortal Kombat vs DC
Black Ops
Marvel vs Capcom 3
Minecraft
Battlefield Bad Company 2

Map Wise I have:
All mw3 Maps
Black ops zombie maps
Both Mw2 Maps

Sorry about this, but I figured I had to let someone know. On another forum (won't say the name) I saw multiple users posting about License transfer bans. Users were getting banned for license transferring, as it was considered 'marketplace theft' Apparently, they were console banning the console that the license were being transferred 'to' and account banning the account the license were being transferred 'from'. I just thought I'd tell someone doing this possibly to prevent it from happening. If you've done it before and haven't been banned that's great and I am sure that's the more common outcome, but just know that they have issued bans for this.
