contacting jagex?

long story short, my account got banned a while ago. i looked in the account settings and it should be unbanned today. However i was banned in the AM and the AM has well and truely passed, any idea how i can contact them and see what's happening?

Edit: i know i'm being impatient as fook btw lol.

 

Just wait a few hours bud, you'll be unbanned eventually.

 

Yeah i think you are just being impatient, wait for tomorrow, if it isnt unbanned then, then tweet at their support.

 

Chances are even if you got in contact with them you'd be unbanned before they responded. Just relax and wait.

This e-mail doens't work anymore. Your best chance would be posting on the official RS forums or contacting a JMod ingame.

 

usually tweeting a certain or couple jmods gets a response if your lucky. you can try that

 

If you message them about a temp ban they will ignore you. Jagex deliberately made it so they are nearly impossible to contact for this reason exactly, they don't want people messaging them about this kind of stuff.

Best bet is emailing them. Contacting them on twitter about bans is useless.

 

Have you gotten unbanned yet?

 

Sometimes they take a while.

 

Give it a couple days.

 

It may not happen immediately give it a few days then contact them

 

Forgot about this thread lol. Yeah I got unbanned the day after the original unbanning date.
