about pardon vol3

Please,merge and open with this -> http://www.sythe.org/request-pardon/1816600-high-pardon-vol3.html Because it seems the person locked it,didn't even spend the time readin the pardon.
Jack,obviously you came on the pardon to hate without reason,because i can consider it only as "hate" because obviously you didn't read.
I said 3 times so far that the member is no longer active,and i can't reach him for refund.
That's why i said the amount will be refunded to sythe or any other way (if any of you have better ideas than that).
I do state i'm responsable for my skype/account and i do want to turn back to the community only if you guys let me.
I do want this amount to be returned to the scammed person,but its impossible.
So the only way of it going thru anywhere is donation.
Also,how so you are looking only at the bad things on the report,but never saw the positive things on it ?
Like i never did anything wrong on sythe,the whole report is false itself consider i never used paypal to buy anything on it.
I have vouches of thousand dollars.
I never lied,scammed or did anything against the rules.
And not in last place,i didn't ban evade for 2 years. (It may be nothing to you,but i see many ban evaders and scammers turning back to the community like nothing).
I do respect rules,that's why i waited always the 6 months and always being polite and responsable for my acts. (That's why i claim my ban was responsable in the time being placed).
If you not spending any time reading regarding the scammed amount,then instead hating me for no reason,place a "No support".
It will be better than talking about situation which you didn't spend time reading the pardon.
No matter your attitude is bad or good,i do respect it as moderator and person who is on the community team.
I said everything i had to,and the ways which the amount can be turned to sythe.
If you can't forgive me,its okay,just don't support my unban.
But asking me to reach a person which is inactive for 1+ year is absurd.
My attempts to reach the guy was failed and there is nothing i can do about it.

I don't hate you, I barely even remember you. He hasn't been inactive for a year, only ~6 months. This doesn't mean you can't send him emails and the like and he won't receive them. You have to post proof of trying to contact for at least 1 month instead of just assuming you can't contact them. You can't donate the amount to sythe either. It's not a matter of not supporting your pardon or what-not, it's following the rules regarding paying back, until then your pardon isn't valid. Come back when you've done this.
