    Christian accepts Islam?

A christian ask Zakir Naik why in islam they don't believe that Jesus is the son of God.
After Zakir Naik answering his question, the christian becomes a muslim and accept that the prophet mohammed is the last prophet.

There is no harm in converting from Christianity to Islam. In Christianity (today), many Christians do not follow their original faith and beliefs. I don't want to start a comparison-war between the many different religions.

P.S., you didn't really ask a question so I don't know what to post about :p

The person asking the question clearly wasn't a Christian; moreover, this theological discussion is completely without merit so long as you are unable to establish the historicity of the supernatural feats you ascribe to Jesus. Do that and there will be something to talk about.

They clearly didn't have a solid topic in mind, that's for sure....Jimmy are you referring to Dr. Zakir Naik's discussion or this so-called discussion/thread?

And Muslims do? What a laughable statement.

Islam has been altered and changed just as much as Christianity. Look at the schism between the factions, and then ask yourself whether or not what you are worshiping is exactly what Muhammad was preaching. Chances are it isn't unless you can go back in time and sit in on his teachings or read the manuscripts right after they were wrote. The truth is that what we know now the various holy books have been changed, edited, filtered, and altered depending on what powers were in charge and what suited everyone best.

I have to agree with Jimmy, this isn't really a discussion with any merit. Why does it matter if a person converted? Religions change with time and people and in the end no one ever really knows if they are worshiping what originally was.

From what "proof" we do have, it is eminent that Jesus was merely a man.

What is your argument? Where is your proof? I would, however, agree that Christianity is not the same as it was 100 years after Jesus.

What are you referring to? In Christianity, the schism between the factions are blatant, but that doesn't mean Islam is the same way. Like I said, give us your proof and argument and we can go from there.

There is no question, I wanted to hear your comments. I thought Zaik said something smart when he said, 'If Jesus is god's son because he didn't have a father then adam is god by him self because he didn't have a father or mother'.

    Thanks for the comments.

Because when it comes down to it religion, no matter which, is a human institution and that changes. The better question is can you prove that it hasn't changed?

Just read through this lengthy essay describing the changes:

    http://www.studytoanswer.net/myths_ch1.html
It even has a citing list so you can refer to their sources on how the Qu'ran has changed and been altered. You want me to believe that you are worshiping exactly how Muhammad wanted you to when the book isn't even the original? I am not going to get into this discussion though, I believe that you have a right to believe whatever you want to believe.

This doesn't belong in a debate forum, as it doesn't meet evidentiary requirements. I'd repeat Jimmy's comment, but with an amendment: no theological discussion has merit.
